Personal safety is core to Volvo's purpose- providing the freedom to move in a safe, sustainable, and personal way.  As our community continues to feel the increased impact of COVID-19, we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep people safe and healthy. Please be assured we have processes in place, and will work with local health officials as needed.

As part of our processes, we have heightened our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to help maintain a healthy environment for our Guests and Team Members. We've instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and self-monitor their symptoms. In addition, we will partner with our local health department and follow recommended procedures should a guest or associate be impacted by the virus.

As the situation evolves, we may implement additional preventative measures to ensure guest & team member well being, including staffing, or service modifications.

Additionally, we have made the investments in technology that make the buying process more streamlined than ever. Much like the big online retailers, you now have the ability to structure your entire transaction with Gorges Volvo on-line.  Simply choose your vehicle of interest, and utilize the "Customize your deal," dashboard to structure your used car or Volvo purchase online.  This can all be done in advance of the final test drive and inspection of your new vehicle; you can even evaluate your trade*!  These enhanced online tools will not only support social distancing, but also expedite the whole buying process.

Our service center has also recently adopted Volvo Valet. With Volvo Valet, you can schedule a pick up of your Volvo from your home or office. We'll pick up your car, perform maintenance or repair work at our service center, then deliver your vehicle back to you. Learn more about the Volvo Valet process here, or call our Service Center.
